Overall, I (and my family) were disappointed with the trip. It did not exceed any expectations, and service was poor. Excursion staff was not helpful. My sister-in-law was yelled at by an omelet chef. Our waiters ignored us. Guest services told us that the cancellation policy for shore excursions was 48 hours, which forced us to keep our trip to Disney in the freezing cold, costing us time and hundreds of dollars that we preferred not to spend - despite the fact that the daily itinerary put in our room every day advertised with pride that the cancellation policy is 24 hours. Guest Services could care less about this. Which was absolutely not okay.

Iwayan, our stateroom attendant, was great. Jaime's Italian had good food and good service. Cruise director was entertaining. Jim David, on-board entertainment, was hilarious.

I would not recommend RC to friends, and would try other cruise lines before ever considering RC again.
