We have cruised Princess several times over the past few years. We always stay in a suite and purchase the unlimited beverage package. This year we did back to back starting the December 10th, so we were on board for 20 days. We were disappointed, to say the least. We have sailed Christmas weeks before, so we knew it would be crowded. However, Princess really disappointed us with regard to their beverage package changes. Only small bottle of water are now included with the top-tier drink package, and not included at all with the soda package we purchased for the grandkids. Also, no more soda cans, only fountain drinks. For our family, when we ordered sparkling water at dinner, we had to be served from individual bottles instead or large ones, even though we all had beverage packages. Since we go to the gym in the morning, we had to go from bar to bar collecting water for the morning- ridiculous! Club class dining was a joke, just a tiny corner in the Concerto dining room. The staff could not have cared less, totally unengaged. As someone else mentioned, the most interesting shows were held in the tiny Princess Live theater, which would overflow out the door. We will definitely look to cruise differently in the future.

Cabin Review

Premium Suite with Balcony

Cabin S5

Cabin was a bit worn, closet space was inadequate. When we asked for more hangers, we were given cheap metal hangers.
