Prior cruising with Princess, always excellent service and food. Entertainment needs tweaking, but okay for 1st time cruisers, as can be repetitive from prior cruises. Steward service very good....friendly and professional. Restaurants are excellent, with superb menus and quality food. Wines expensive in dining rooms. Buffet food excellent with brilliant variety and very good food and drink service. Bar and coffee areas are spacious, again with excellent service......a coffee card is a must. Plenty of bar areas to spend time in for coffees, teas, hot chocolates, really nice cocktails, and good selection of beers and spirits. Wheelhouse Bar has two-daily happy hours....buy one drink, get the next for $1 ((fill up your cabin fridge!), includes bottles of bubbly (unopened). Majority of service staff seem to enjoy their jobs on Princess, being ever so helpful and friendly, and knowledgeable. Book at the right time and get good on-board deals....complimentary balcony breakfast, complimentary wine, and complimentary Steakhouse Resaurant meals. And, if you play the pokies enough, you’ll get free play on your next cruise. Overall, Princess know how to look after cruisers.
