Have always been happy with Celebrity, quality before quantity. The dining experience always enjoyable and work with passengers with food allergies. Loved the glass blowing from Corning Glass Museum. The stage shows are very good. Loved the martini bar, even had virgin martinis so not to get stupid, and also enjoyed the quiet wine cellar. The main complaint was getting on the ship, it was a true cluster. We have elite status which gives you priority boarding, but they really lacked communication on that trip. Tried to take a mob of 1000 people into a single line to enter the escalator, hot mess!! But, embarkation was much smoother and like the conveyor belt for the baggage was helpful, suggest start at the beginning of the belt, because some case were falling off and nobody to put them back up they sat.
For excursions, they were calling the excursion numbers way to fast, instead of letting each one clear the room first, a bit confusing.
Overall, it was enjoyable and relaxing. Nothing is perfect but certainly could be improved.
The cabin was pretty clean, but my only complaint would be is there was something very gross on the draperies and noticeable. My opinion the cabins needs a deep clean not just a surface cleaning, like put fresh/clean drapes up, clean carpet and pillows/decorative and all decorative bed cover replaced with god knows what has been on it. The windows on the veranda were always dirty. The bathroom was always clean. The steward did her best with the time and amount of cabins given to her to keep up.
