I am loyal to the RC brand and have had overwhelmingly positive experiences up until the 2017-2018 New Years cruise on the Enchantment. And it wasn't just New Years Eve, it was the entire cruise

The average wait time for a drink (time from bar arrival to order to delivery to receipt sign) was TWENTY minutes, even longer if you sat and ordered from wait staff. And even LONGER on New Years Eve. Every single passenger was complaining, but the bar staff was indifferent and rude. I've never experienced such a lack of engagement and passion from service staff on any other RC ship.

On the positive side, the entertainment was some of the best I've experienced! The comedian was funny, both in his family and adult shows. We enjoyed the Broadway and Movie review shows, for both the talented singers and dancers. One female lead sings Whitney Houston and doesn't miss a note!

Cabin Review

Inside Stateroom

Cabin N

Ok for 3-4 nights for 2 people. Probably too small for more nights or passengers.
