This was my second cruise on the Getaway. Very nice vessel. The ship's staff is excellent and very helpful. The shows were wonderful, and we especially enjoyed the Cirque dinner performance. Also saw "Million Dollar Quartet"...a must if you like 50-60s music.

We loved Harvest Cay!! NCL has done a great job with this place. What a wonderful place to spend the day. Lots of different water activities. The beach is good, water park for younger kids, several great pools (with a swim-up bar), and vendors/restaurants owned by locals.

Here's my only negative about this ship...my room location: The cabin was fine...your average balcony room. However, it is situated ABOVE the mojito bar, and every night we were entertained by all of the performers below us. You could hear every note of every song and all of the passengers hoots & hollers too. You could sing along to all the songs being played. I travel with my young daughter, so we turn in around 9pm. I called each night to ask that they turn the volume down. The guest services people called me each day about my complaints (and they did give me $100 OBC), but the volume never went down. I used earplugs and benadryl to get to sleep each night. The bar was a very small space, and I didn't see the need for the high volume in such a small area.
