I needed a Christmas getaway and nothing is better than a cruise. Our embarkation and disembarkation was really quick. No waiting in long queues. The ship is amazing. We had an inside cabin, which didn't make much of a difference as it was just for resting. My highlight of the cruise was being called on stage with the Illusionist Bryan Miles. It was totally awesome. The entertainment was great. never a dull moment on the cruise. Food was awesome. Had a friendly waiter. The staff of MSC are always willing to assist and always friendly. Unfortunately we were not allowed to disembark at Pomene due to weather conditions. Was really looking forward to seeing Pomene. We were allowed to disembark to Ile de Mozambique which was really lovely. The beaches at Portugese Islands was beautiful. It is a bit unfortunate that I cannot spend a lot of time in the sun as I have Vitiligo.
