I have been on 8 other RC (Royal Caribbean ships) and this one I would rate the lowest. I would not be surprised if this is a training ship. We sail on the Holiday Cruise for Christmas and it was not up to what you come to expect for RC. The entertainment was subpar. The shows had singers who could barley hold a note and dancers with poor choreography. The comedians JR McCollom and James Stephens III were not funny at all, it like they haven't mastered the telling of jokes smoothly. For anyone who has been on more than 2 RC cruises you know what to expect in the taste of certain food. For example the French toast at breakfast, taste the same no matter the ship. On this ship it was disgusting. I just so happen to be randomly asked about the food and service while in the Windjammer my first full day at lunch. When I told them I rated the food a 7/10, I was advised I was speaking to the headwaiter Igor. Igor went out of his way to make my dining experiences from then as enjoyable as he could, short of cooking the food himself. He lived up to and exceeded my expectations. I would not recommend the ship Jewel of the seas, but I would recommend this itinerary (St. Thomas, St. Maarten, Martinique, Barbados, and Grenada), just on another ship. I am a loyal RC traveler and will continue to cruise with them, but I will not take another cruise on this ship or in the Radiance class of ships, unless someone else is paying.

Cabin Review

Interior Stateroom

Cabin N

Inside state room on deck 4 which is a main level with the customer service desk, excursions desk, bar, small entartainment area, main staircase, and entrances to main dining. This ship does not have a royal promenade. My stateroom was just about 6 doors down from main hall and it was a good location. It's your regular stateroom nothing special enough room for two, but I can see 3 people in there comfortably.

Port Reviews

St. George's

The tours we wanted were solid out by cruiseline so we decided just to explore mall right at port.
