Sail Date: Dec 2017
Cabin: Interior Stateroom

This was our third MSC cruise and standards have plummeted. The cruise itinerary was changed due to the hurricanes in the Caribbean so we were offered the option of a cruise credit but not a flight credit (no use to us at all). Consequently we opted to continue.

It felt like a glorified ferry with a lifeboat drill for some almost every night. This was broadcast in five languages all over the ship (including cabins) When this happened, often at 6pm the bars were shut.

The transfer buses to and from the ship were clapped out.

Cabin Review

Interior Stateroom

Cabin I2

We had an inside cabin on deck 11, which was clean and spacious looked after by a very hard working (overworked) steward. Our cabin was not cleaned until after lunch. On previous cruises we got dressing gowns and slippers. These have been withdrawn in all cabins.
