Our 6th cruise with Thomson/Tui/Marella and we expected this to be as good as the others in terms of quality to price match for food, service, destinations and entertainment. What a let down. We would have had no problem in recommending this company before, based on previous experiences but now really could not.
Arrival - our flight was very late and the air staff gave everybody incorrect information for completing immigration forms for Montego Bay. We all had to change, details or complete extra. At the cruise terminal (tatty large shed!) the procedure was slick and we got onboard. Nobody to direct us to the cabin although to be fair anybody can read signs, so that did not matter.
Cabin - deck 3 outside. The cabin was plenty large enough, it looked a bit tired but OK. First thing we spotted was a great ball of grey hair (I removed) on the floor from a previous occupant and a couple of other small bits of rubbish (these were left on the floor and were still there when we left. Toilet and shower were OK although there was not much shower pressure and no toiletries other than a fixed shower gel and bars of soap. Sheets were only changed once in the two weeks - just before the end of week one.
