We flew in the night before the cruise. Thank goodness since flights in the northeast were behind schedule. Missed three connecting flights in Atlanta and finally made the fourth.
The ship was much better than I expected. Yes there will be wear and tear on a ship that old but it is beautifully maintained. Biggest complaint is the smoking. You had to walk through smoking areas to get to some places and by then your clothes smelled of smoke.
The stage shows were okay. Sets were great but the singers were fair. Mickey the cruise director and his staff were wonderful! The best we have ever had. Jammin' James was everywhere on the ship and always good for a laugh. He hosted a couple of events and was very high energy. I expect he'll be a CD on his own ship soon... Mickey was high energy as well and he and Jammin' James made a great comedy team.
