This was by far the best cruise ship I have ever been on. The ship has murals and art everywhere. The cabin was the biggest one I have stayed in. I was in a balcony and it was way larger than the inside and ocean view rooms I have stayed in in the past. The crew, the service, and the food was all top notch. My only complaint is that there weren't any crew members monitoring the serenity decks and there were all kinds of kids up there after 7pm. The embarkation process went very smoothly. Rooms were ready when stated. There were lots of food options available on the ship and I don't recall standing in line with more than 4 or 5 people in front of me. The debarkation process took a lot longer than I had ever experienced in the past and started around 745, but I wasn't able to step foot off the ship until after 11.
