We have cruised on Carnival ships for years. I am sad to say, we are very disappointed in our last cruising experience on the Glory. First, after checking in at airport, we were told our room keys would be available next to stateroom. We get to room, and no key was there. I was told I had to go to customer service and at this point, the wait was over an hour just to speak with someone to get a room key.

Next, at the muster drill, I was told our room keys were not working after they scanned them. I was told I had to go back to customer service to get this resolved. Again, another long and slow line.

If anyone had cared, I would have moved on, but the lack of customer service and care was obvious.
