  3. Celebrity Summit
Location, number of stops and wanting to warm on the 25th of December. Summit launched in 2001 but was fully "Solsticised" (Made to look like the Reflection, Eclipse, etc) in 2015. Older ship bonus-- smaller so fewer crowds and more intimate sailing experience. Cabin-- Veranda Mid ship 7th deck-- Wonderful location-- Easy to get around on and off the ship. Room a tad smaller than the Reflection Veranda Cabin in 2016. But we met lots of nice folks so spent little time in our room anyway. Our Cabin attendant Eliseo was friendly and responsive. Dining Staff: A Plus! Korey, (Sommlier) Vincey (Waiter) and Mathew (Assistant Waiter) were wonderful! Korey wine wise is wonderful. We signed up for the Wine taste post dinner one night and it was a lot of fun. Seating was with other couples and we had a pleasant dining experience with all of them. Also visited Sushi on 5. We were disappointed with the sushi on our Reflection Mediterranean Cruise, so gave it another try. Much, much better. Entertainment- Went to Chandelier, The Holiday Show, Soundtrack, The Three Divas and Motown Party. It was very good. A shout out to the aerialists and dancing-- excellent! The Martini Bar is a wonderful place to people watch expecially before and after the shows. Henry, Mikola and the others put on quite a show making marvelous martinis. Service--excellent once again. Shore Excursions: A shout out to Karen, the Shore Excursion Concierge. Helped us select a private tour on Martinique (the Botanical Garden and Suspension Bridge) and then made sure we found some local products (sugar with molasses) when we ran into her at Carre Four. Captain Kate and Alejandro were personable and made us feel at home. How cool to sail with a Captain who also happened not to be male. :) Good Cruise, Celebrity is consistent. We'll be back.
