I have been on 6 cruises (5 with RC, 1 with Disney). I am 28, white, male, making $200,000+ annually. This year I did a Holiday Cruise on the Brilliance of the Seas leaving Tampa, FL going to George Town, Grand Cayman and then over to Cozumel, Mexico before returning. I have always been the biggest advocate of Royal Caribbean until now. The Ship was delayed leaving Tampa due to engineering complications. Aside from that the Ship floated and got us from port to port.

The cabin was cleaned frequently, the state room attendant was friendly and very prompt. We never get the upgraded room because we only use the room for sleeping. Why waste your trip in your room?

The dinning was terrible. Service in the main dining room took at least 2 hours each night. The portions of food were so small I had to order 2-3 of every course to make a meal. The dirty dishes from each course were never cleared from the table. With 10 people to my party, and 2-3 of each course per person, there was no room on the table. Food and drinks got spilled nightly due to the pile up of waste. No staff member would take dishes unless it was their designated task and they only had 1-2 bus boys to clear two floors in the dinning room.

This was the only part of the voyage that was good. The room was always clean! The state room attendant must of cleaned it 4+ times a day. She was very good at keeping up with cleaning and restocking towels and changing the bedding.
