Took a bit to get over the decor. Not pretty. The ship is nice, the cabin was more than adequate. Inside, deck 1.
The entertainment was not good at all. The shows although they had good themes and possibilities, the singers with the exception of one girl... were awful. They tortured songs from the 50's to the 90's.
The cruise director MarQ was absolutely by far the best Cruise Director we have ever encountered. 40+ cruises. He really made the cruise so much fun, and all the entertainment in the atrium was just a blast.
The cabin is adequate size and very functional. TV reception was poor, or the TV needs updating. The bathroom was not very clean and the sink was stained from the previous occupant with what may have been makeup. We cleaned it up a bit to use it, and then asked the room steward to give it a good thorough cleaning which he was more than happy to do. Beds were comfortable, pillows could be a bit more firm. Plenty of storage and hangers.
We love Grand Turk. Swim right off the ship. Beautiful water and beach. Be sure to walk down to Jack's Shack.
St. Thomas is one of our favorite stops. Unfortunately, they are still recovering from the hurricane damage, and power on the island was limited. We just wandered around the port.
