After cruising in the Haven,on the Norwegian Epic, I will never go back. The whole staff were exceptional. The food and drinks , over the top. The room comfortable. We enjoyed it so much, we already booked our next cruise on the same ship, with the same room in the Haven. Once you do the Haven, there is no going back. Our embark was smooth and fast. We were led to a private room after the typical paperwork. There we had snacks and drinks. We were only there for a short time before we were escorted onto the ship. We were placed in the Lounge area where we we able to get anything to drink we wanted. We had a chance to meet with other guests before we went into the dining room. The food was excellent. It was like dining in a 5 star restaurant. And that was lunch. We enjoyed almost every main show there was, and there will still others we had no time for.
