Chose this cruise as we liked the itinerary and have been on Thomson cruises before. We also wanted to see how Marella Discovery compared with Thomson.

The flight from Newcastle was delayed 2 hours and on board my husbands in flight screen didn't work so they moved us to the back of the plane which had more room. Other than that the flight was fine. Your luggage is taken at the UK airport then you don't see it till its outside your cabin.

On arriving on the ship we were informed that our first port of call in Tobago was cancelled and we would have a day at sea as some passengers delayed from Birminham wouldn't arrive on board until the early hours of the morning.
