just back today from 7 day Mexico Riviera trip over Christmas. Service= Outstanding Room= Very Nice Spa/Exercise Room= Outstanding Food= Cruise avg. except for Steak House which is $70 extra and WORTH IT The deal breaker was the 24x7 constant VIBRATION in our room like the spin cycle on a washing machine... it was everywhere from midship to aft... i heard multiple people commenting about this during the trip... for our room on Deck 8 odd numbered room midship with balcony it was extremely bad... when i asked about it at the Service Desk, was told it was common due to the wind... i smiled and realized i was not going to get a straight answer... i said it sounded like something due to the rudder or propeller shafts as it was clearly a drone vibration in sink with the engines and propellors... the waiter in the steak house confirmed it as it was very noticeable the nite we ate there... He said that he put down a desert bowl on top of a plate the previous nite and the rattle from the vibration could be heard thruout the restaurant so i know this is a confirmed issue.... i did not notice the vibration or noise on lower levels in the Front of the ship so maybe its just mid to Aft only... dont know but it needs to get fixed... wont be back on this ship again. sleeping was incredibly difficult and i had to take sleeping pills to survive the night. all in all as i said, if they fix this the ship , crew, food, experience is well worth it... i have never experienced this on other cruise ships... we are booking our cruise for next Christmas and will look elsewhere. hope they fix this.

24x7 engine vibration in room was close to unbearable
