Tooooo big. 5is is our 7th cruise but 1st with NCL. Pushy obnoxious people in Garden Cafe. Overall staff on ship in multiple areas quite unfriendly - except our room attendant who was very kind. Atrium area needs to be made to accommodate more people - or they need to have those shows in the Breakaway Theatre. arrived in a reasonably early amount of time and could never get seats. Food was really good except the chicken cord on bleu - seemed like a frozen Weaver entree to me. Best restaurant was Carney’s and Savor. Embark and disembark was easy and pretty organized. One of the Cruise Directors staff was terrible. Couldn’t understand him half the time. We had a balcony cabin. Enough room for 2. But balcony too small. Lavazza coffee throughout entire ship terrrrible! Tasted like mud. Burn the floor A+! Biggest complaint - smoke permeates levels 6, 7, & 8 from the casinos and is absolutely disgusting. I don’t recommend this ship. I’m loyal to Royal.
