Great experience on the Celebrity Equinox. Overall, my expectations were for a 4-star experience on the Celebrity Equinox. The ship and crew exceeded my expectations so much so that I have already booked a future cruise with Celebrity.

The ship is beautiful and offered some unique amenities with a grass lawn and Corning glass studio exhibitions. The service was exceptional from the outset and the food quality in the main dining room was excellent. The décor, spa, bars, boutiques and café’s and Oceanview Café food court area were all very nice. The entertainment was also very good, including the shows, “silent disco” night and cruise director Damian and activity director Danny kept it fun and lively.

We also purchased a package for 3 dinners at any of the ships 5 specialty restaurants. The French “Murano” was exceptional. Food quality at the Red Sushi was also exceptional, but wait service was very slow. Food and service at Tuscany Italian concept was good but not exceptional, as it was at Murano. Two other restaurants “Blu” and a contemporary concept only admit “Aqua” class guests and elite rewards members.

Cabin Review

Concierge Class 3

We had a veranda suite on the Concierge level that was well appointed and larger than expected. The ship also provided a complimentary bottle of nice champagne.
