We chose this ship and date because we had several friends who were also cruising at this time, and we have never been to Hawaii during the winter. This was our fourth trip to Hawaii, but the first time cruising. I really liked the ship because we found it very personable. We had a problem with the toilet backing up, however the staff was very attentive to the situation and eventually resolved the problem. We were in a suite and we really appreciated the personal attention provided by our Butler and Concierge This trip marked our 55th wedding anniversary, and we enjoyed our stay so much so that we are planning a future trip with our children, grand children and great-grandchildren. We had planned to book on board , but we were so involved in resolving the issue with the bathroom that we ran out of time before leaving the ship.
