Sail Date: Dec 2017
Cabin: Central Park View Stateroom with Balcony

I wanted to try a large ship. I'm a cruise travel agent & I toured the ship and was super excited about going on the ship. This is what happened to me.

We were on the sailing Dec17-24 on the Allure of the Seas. On day 6 I started feeling feeling the effects of gastrointestinal virus/norovirus. A paper was left in our cabin to inquire if anyone in our cabin got sick. I filled it out and heard nothing back from RCCL. I contacted them on Facebook but was unsatisfied with their responses. They said they would be unable to compensate me because I didn’t report my illness while onboard the ship. (To the ships doctor) I didn’t ask for any compensation. I wanted an update on my report that I got sick as a result of something that happened while on one of their ships. They wouldn’t give me that either.

Very poor customer service experience.

Cabin Review

Central Park View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin C1

We wanted to try an inside balcony because they don't have them on every ship. Central Park was gorgeous but these cabins are a good size they have no privacy. Next time we'll got back to oceanview balcony. Location great and cabin steward Evette was fantastic.
