This is the first time we cruised the west coast. It was great. The staff was attentive and the rooms was clean and attended to efficiently. There did seems to be some “disconnect” with some of the restaurant staff...we observed some mix ups and puzzling moments, but it did not affect out cruise experience. There did not seem to be as much variety at the buffet as on previous cruises.

When we embarked....with our level we were to be escorted on...a staff member was directed to walk with us and she had no idea of what she was supposed to do and just walked with us and did not allow us to proceed to a restaurant or place to sit and wait until the rooms were ready. We could have and would have done this on our own...without an escort.

* since there is no where to comment on this....we are at a level where we get sparkling wine on our cruises. WHY CAN’ T WE TRADE THE WINE FOR BOTTLED WATER as we do not drink wine. This goes for any and all cruises.
