Sail Date: Dec 2017

I went to the lady's pajama party during the first sea day and bought their 75 minute spa package for $109. The package includes an eye collagen treatment. However I didn't get the eye collagen treatment during my sessions. Later I complained to spa manager Shomma. She said she will get back to me but she didn't. Then I talked to guest service Isabel on disembarkation day and ask for $20 credit which I think is very reasonable. They wouldn't do anything. They claimed that the eye collagen treatment was provided. Basically saying I lied.

I really like the cruise director Mikey. He was funny and full of energy. He was very helpful with my shore excursion question.

The burger on the ship was very very good. I also liked the dance performance put out by dinning room staff.
