Traveled with children

This was our 3rd trip on carnival cruise and our first time on the Valor. Overall it was a great experience considering we traveled with another family. Between the both of us we had 5 children between the ages of 12-17. Here are a few pros and cons for future cruisers.

Costa Maya

The Krazy Lobster was absolutely wonderful. The shrimp tacos were delicious. We caught a $3 shuttle there and a cab on the return. The price was reasonable and if you ate at the restaurant, you had access to the beach sporting activities (free). $20 massages on the beach. Music playing. (Just be mindful to bring money for tips.)

Belize City

The native Belizian people were outside of the common shopping area. Don't be afraid to support their shops right outside of the common area.
