Poor customer service if you don't have the right look. Despite being paying customers, from the first day on board the Breakaway, we were either ignored or not properly assisted by the staff. We usually sail with Carnival but we decided to try a different cruise line for our anniversary trip. However, in all fairness, we did like the Freestyle dinner options since we did not have to dress up to eat at a majority of the restaurants and we did not have a scheduled time to be at dinner. Also, we initially booked an interior stateroom but we did appreciate the opportunity to bid for an upgraded room either an ocean view room or a balcony. However, when we tried to use the NCL app to prepare for our trip, we have a number difficulties but we later found out that not every ship is accessible on the app.
Room was good but our balcony was consistently dirty.
