Just spent 2 weeks aboard this fabulous ship. It is a shining star unfortunately she is being badly let down by poor management and administration.

Our transfer from hotel to ship was a total disgrace due to complete disorganisation. We were located on deck 7 and the smell was overpowering due to a fault in the air conditioning. We reported the smell to our steward who told us the engineers were working on it. The smell did go away for a few days but later returned.

If you want a lively holiday then this is not for you as almost everything shuts down at midnight. A deck party was arranged and was stopped due to rain but was arranged for a different night. It really was a great night and I felt that the ship should have had more of these. The bars are beautiful but nobody seemed to want to visit them. The same was true of the nightclubs. Read more
