the cabin is too small.how anyone could fit in the bathroom is a joke. The whole ship was about profit not about the customer.I got sick from the black mold growing in my shower,so I went to the ships doctor. They told me it would be $149 to see the doctor.I walked out.I got even sicker so I returned 5 minutes after they closed. They informed me it would be $199 since I was 5 minutes late.I walked out even though there was a chance of infecting the whole ship. Our balcony had a hair and paint chip collection that you couldnt believe. The glass was so dirty you couldnt see the ocean thru it.The buffet was the same old thing day in and day out.No steak lobster or crab on the menu.If you wanted coffee at the pool area you had to walk all the way to the end of the buffet room to get it.You then had to navigate you way thru a blind door way out to the deck without scalding any children who were everywhere.I saw children get coffee spilled on they 3 different times.Luckily the coffee was cold by the time you made it back to deck.I told the ships officer about and he did nothing about it.He just walked around barking orders at the overworked crew.It seemed as if you were drinking booze they were all too happy to please. But if you coffee forget it(all about profit).I found out that if their profit margins were up the officers got a bonus. Not the crew workers.Ive been on other NCL ship and had a great time,This changed the way I think about NCL now.We are supposed to got to Alaska on the new Bliss but I dont think it will be on NCL.
