We chose this cruise because we had sailed before on this ship and were somewhat familiar with its amenities and geography, and on that cruise 3 years ago, wanted and received the "Royal" impeccable cruise experience. Not this time though......Main Dining room was a real disappointment in the service leg of the cruise. We ordered breakfast and the staff did not come back to the table for 40 minutes, the food arrived cold and requested items were not there. Condiments, such as ketchup and hot sauce were hard to get. The bar staff members get kudos for providing an over the top experience. We did not take any of the recommended excursions, but trusted the rated Trip advisors recommendations for each island, and they turned out to be great recommendations. I think the new staff members on this ship need more training. In order for the next guests to get the best experience that Royal Caribbean provides. We are repeat cruisers, and loyalists to the line. We would like to see this improved. We felt as if we were being driven to the fine dining restaurants, because that's where the best service was on the ship. Giovanni's is the best dining experience on this ship given our experience. I also think that the staff needs to know it is never appropriate to be rude to your guests, It is the reason we came to the ship...Pleasant, Impeccable Service, with a smile. No excuses
