We chose this cruise because of the itinerary. It was our first trip to Asia and this was a wonderful introduction. Singapore is an amazing city. All of the ports are excellent, however, the points of interest are very far from the ports. For example, Bangkok is a 2 1/2 hour drive into the city. Other ports were even longer, so be prepared for long days on shore excursions. I felt the service could have been better. For instance, on Royal Caribbean cruises buffet attendants gets your coffee, water, ice tea for you. I expected that on Celebrity and was disappointed. Also, my wife is disabled and there is no designated accessible seating in the buffet, which made it very difficult for us to manage. The food was average at best in the main dining room and I was expecting a higher standard from Celebrity. This was our first cruise on Celebrity and we've had friends rave about how Celebrity is a step above other cruise lines. I'm happy with the cruise, I guess I had my expectations set too high.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Ocean View with Balcony 2C

Cabin 2C

The cabin was a good size and met our needs. It had a very nice balcony. The bed was comfortable and Sebastian the cabin stewart was very attentive.
