The cruise director was great. Food wasn't good, and there were very limited options. If you're happy with hot dogs, hamburgers and pizza, then you'll like this cruise. Entertainment was average at best. We had great ports and fantastic weather, so overall we enjoyed our time. Loved Antigua and Grand Turk. But onboard things could have been better. You have to walk past the casino to get to the teen area, which is very smokey and not ventilated well. There wasn't much up-selling which was nice. But there also wasn't much to do on the ship. The service was good overall. We had one complaint and it was dealt with professionally and quickly.

That said, you get what you pay for, since this cruise is less expensive compared to some of the newer and bigger ships.

Again, our teenagers really enjoyed themselves, and we're already looking for another cruise for next Christmas. It just won't be on the Splendor.

Cabin Review

Interior Upper/Lower

Rooms are in desperate need of update. Everything is orange and pink. Lighting is poor. Rooms are dirty.
