As a family we have been on over 14 (now 15 cruises). Had only done Disney up to this point. Had always heard good things about Royal Caribbean. Was a serious let down. Nothing monumentally bad, just the over all experience was way below what I expected and have been told about for RC. The food was okay in the main dining room. The buffet food was horrible....military quality. My TV did not work property for over half the cruise...even after placing two calls. NO food available at all on the pool deck area. Had to tramp all the way down and through the boat to get a snack and then really NO SNACK foods (pack your own).

the musty smell in the main dining room and in various areas around the ship was nasty.

The constant selling as you walk through the shops area...almost as bad as the mall back home.
