Sail Date: Dec 2017

We cruised on Norwegian Cruise Line’s Epic on December 16, 2017. On the last night of the cruise, we came up with our favorite (and not-so-favorite) things about our trip and wanted to share those with you. Here’s what we loved:

1. NCL’s Website – When we first started cruising, we would embark and have to spend a couple of hours running around making dinner reservations, spa appointments, etc. etc. Now, we can book things in advance and spend more time relaxing. But it’s our experience that not every cruise line allows you to book as much in advance as NCL.

2. Port Canaveral – We live in South Florida and have easy access to Port Everglades and the Port of Miami. But there’s something wonderful about Port Canaveral. It’s an easy drive. There’s a nice Homewood Suites nearby. And if you’re looking for a great dinner the night before your cruise, check out Crush Eleven.

Cabin Review

Cabin Haven Stateroom

We loved the extra space and art deco decor. The one downside is the round bed.
