I didn't choose this line, but I went along with the family. Not mentioned anywhere on the web site literature was there any mention of the Hispanic dominance of the food and staff. The serving staff were extremely nice and helpful. However, not all members of the serving staff spoke English. The ship was very clean all over. The restaurant "complimentary food" in Stellar Prime Dinning room selections were not to anyone's taste in our party. When the meals were served, they were generally the wrong selection ordered and/or barely warm. It seemed the waiters had trouble with English or didn't care what they served us. Thank goodness for the Plunge Grill and their hot dogs and hamburgers. Their best meals were found on the breakfast buffet. They did have activities for kids. There were many extras available for high dollar fees. Embarkation process was a nightmare. The first indication this cruise was a bad idea was waiting hours for the checking in process to begin. If I could get my money back I would have after the first hour. Getting off the ship was a lot easier and a relief. Never Again! Cabin was OK for one person. I pity the family of 2 or more the the typical cabin.
