Been several years since I’ve cruised on one of the floating hotels and now I remember why I gave up on them. Too crowded, too many lines, subpar entertainment, someone always trying to sell something, mediocre food. Very unfriendly dealers who tried to keep the game going fast, so fast I wasn’t able to get my bets in sometimes and I’m not a novice gambler. On the positive side dining room waiter, Suki, made dining a pleasure in spite of the foods . Room steward was always nearby when needed but never in the way. I’m headed back to the yachts with 200 to 300 guests. Embartion and debarking was long and unorganized. Embarking clerk needs training, had to ask others for help. We were conserig guest and were supposed to be escorted on the ship with a tour and shown to the dining room for lunch. Our name was not on the list but we gphad the correct sailing card. They just seemed very unorganized.
