Chose this cruise as a 50th wedding anniversary celebration. Seeing the Panama Canal was on my husband’s bucket list so decided to check it off. It was not a cruise I was looking forward to as I like sandy beaches -not rainforests!!
Read some negative reviews regarding Norwegian but since it fit our timeframe decided to book it. We stayed in one of the forward pent house suites. Nice and roomy with a huge balcony directly facing the ocean and somewhat private. Room services were beyond expectations. Our cabin steward, Rosalie, was always smiling and attentive. Our butler was not to be outdone either. Everything we desired was immediately attended to.
We ate mostly in the specialty restaurants. Cagneys was our favorite. We also had a promo of unlimited alcoholic drinks and beverages. None of the drinks we ordered were watered down in any way. On board entertainment was wonderful. Don’t miss Elements on your last night onboard.
