As a new single (widowed), I was very happy to book this NCL cruise, after finding out about the studio (no single supplement) concept that NCL has pioneered. Lucky for me, due to the hurricanes in the area, a lot of folks had canceled their reservations since the cruise had shifted from an Eastern Caribbean to a Western itinerary. That allowed me to secure a balcony cabin for just a little more that the studio. The ship (first time on Epic), seemed to be in very good shape. And the staff did an excellent job of taking care of the passengers. I've been on a number of more expensive cruises, and was impressed with everyone on the NCL Epic staff with how they performed their duties. They were right up there with the cruise lines that charge 2 to 3 times as much. Not to say that the upscale lines are lacking in any area. It's just that the crew of the NCL Epic were just as good.

I signed up for the Cruise Next program, so needless to say, I'll be back.

Thank you.

Kim did an excellent job of taking care of my needs. I hope she can at some point be elevated to a supervisory position. Thanks Kim.
