This was our 5th MSC cruise the 4th on the Divina. We had a military rate for this cruise which was too hard to pass up! The Divina is a beautiful ship, the Swarovski stairs are amazing! Was looking forward to the ship being decorated for the holidays, but there were no decorations until the 4th day of the cruise.
We had a balcony stateroom which was a typical balcony room, although we did have a tub/shower combination, which was rather nice. There was some mold around the tub under the caulk.
Dining was hectic! The servers seemed hurried more than usual. The food was lackluster and not as "special " as our previous cruises on msc. Room service doesn't start until 7:30 unless you pay a fee. So no early morning coffee on the balcony.
