Navigator of the Seas Review

Small older ship - great itinerary - don't choose a cabin below deck 6

Review for the Southern Caribbean Cruise on Navigator of the Seas

We chose this ship because of the ABC Island itinerary. The ship is small and older than the new ones, but it still had a Royal Promenade, flow-rider and miniature golf. Usually on smaller ships the crew is super friendly and try harder to impress. However, we didn't find that to be the case with the exception of the Two Poets Bar, the Windjammer and our cabin steward. All the other crew members seemed put out when they had to do something. The guest service employees were cold and downright rude.

The Good: food (Sabor/Buffet/Promenade Snack Bar), room service, cabin steward, Royal Promenade bands, Christmas entertainment, itinerary, Enrichment Speaker

The Bad: RCI special needs department - our pre-ordered medical supplies were not delivered, we had to contact several people including medical staff on-board before we were finally given our supplies on the second day - guest services said our request fell through the cracks - this is totally unacceptable especially when dealing with health issue items
