We stayed 2 nights before our cruise at the Ft Lauderdale/Hollywood Marriot hotel by the beach and had excellent service, staff and meals.

We choose this cruise on the Crown as been on this ship 7 years ago and loved it. The best part on this trip was to have two relaxing days at sea then 4 amazing ports and bonus day at sea to relax afterwards. We traveled with our 16 year old daughter who loved the shows, shopping and swimming. St Kitts and Grand Turk had amazing snorkelling, like one big aquarium! The Crown is a terrific ship with under 3500 passengers, great layout and easy to navigate. It was showing some age around exterior of ship, including balcony areas but inside was well cared for. Dinning perfect, with enough selections. Would have been nice to have few more pizza choices though.

Only one comment on minisuite cabin, the pullout sofa bed for third person not comfortable at all. They need to change this and come up with better sleeping accommodations for third or forth passengers for what we paid. I would recommend the regular balcony with pull down bunk if you want a better rest.
