This was our first cruise on Reflection after cruising on the Silhouette 3 times. The ships are very similar which was nice. The embarkation was a bit longer than we have previously encountered in the Port, but once on the ship our relaxing vacation began with the welcoming glass of champagne. Once are cabin was ready I was very happy to see how clean the room was and our luggage was delivered very quickly. We travel in a group with 3 adjoining rooms and our balconies were opened so we could all sit out and relax together. We ate most dinners in the main dining room and the food and staff were all amazing. We looked forward to dinner each night. The buffet was also very clean and well stocked with many choices for breakfast and lunch and snacks any time you needed a little something. We enjoyed our sea days at the pool. There were not as many activities as we had on previous Celebrity cruises at the pool, except for on the last sea day. The first sea day was very windy so if they had some planned for that day they were probably cancelled. The ports we visited were all very nice. We enjoyed going to the beach at each port to relax and enjoy the tropical weather.

Deluxe Ocean View with Verandah 2B

Cabin 2B

Our cabin was clean and comfortable, and our room attendant Joseph was friendly and made sure all our needs were met.

Port Reviews

Antigua

We took a cab to Valley Church Beach, which was beautiful. I highly recommend this beach if your looking to relax on the beach for the day.

Barbados

We walked from the Port to Pirate's Cove. It was nice walk along the shoreline. The beach was very nice and not too crowded. We walked back through town and stopped at a couple shops, then at a little bar/restaurant to have a local beer which was good. We felt safe walking around on our own.

Martinique

Took the fairy to Anse Mitan beach. The fair ride was fun, and the beach was nice. It was a bit hard to communicate with the local people since we didn't know french, but we enjoyed our day. Everything we did we used US dollars, so that was not a problem.

St. Thomas

We took a cab to Megans bay. It looks a lot different than before the hurricane, but they are doing a great job rebuilding. After relaxing we took a cab ride to the top of the mountain for banana daiquiris and they were as amazing as we remembered from our last visit. Its great to see how much they have rebuilt since the storm.
