Great cruise despite having to do things differently at the disembarkation!

I chose this cruise because we usually do a cruise in Dec prior to Christmas. I also liked the itinerary. We have been on the Silhouette before about 3 yrs ago and really liked the ship and that was another reason that we wanted to go on it. It was beautifully appointed with Christmas decorations, getting everyone in the spirit of Christmas.
Embarkation was easy even though we had to go out of Terminal 29. My husband dropped me off with the luggage and went to park the car in the North Parking Garage. He could not find the shuttle bus back to the Terminal 29 so ended up walking back in the heat...approx. 1 1/2 mile!
Our luggage beat us to our cabin before 1PM, so we were able to unpack everything quickly and explore the ship. Great service!!!! We had friends on with us and we all met up on the ship. It was so nice to be able to get together and visit.

We loved our cabin! It was so handy to get anywhere and especially the elevators. We were a little leary of being so close to the entertainment on the Plaza Deck at night, but never heard a sound once the door was closed! The cabin was great and loved the big window to look out. Felt no movement of the ship whatsoever! Had plenty of storage space as well.
