This was our annual pre Christmas cruise and not the best. Cabin 2108 clean well kept and very good location, near elevators .Cabin steward was excellent. Canapes were improved but why only one shrimp for 2 people? Dining was not up to par' Out table for 6 sent items back on most nights. Either undercooked or overcooked with no flavor. Wait staff was more than apologetic and were very attentive. Tuscan Grill was nothing exceptional. The 9 oz filet was good and the dolce gorganzola was good. Service was standoffish. Tried elite breakfast once. Capt club hostess Marie Tudor never smiled or nor acknowledged guests. Not like previous hostesses. Mast grill continues with good burgers and fries. Excursion staff were not knowledgeable and of little help picking tours. Martini bar continues to be the place to be for friendly bartenders and good drinks. Disembarking was a nightmare. Boarding buses to the convention center was very poor. Little help from Celebrity staff. Very difficult for ladies, older people and handicapped to board as steps were to high. No signage was available for shuttles. We were directed to a parking lot 1/2mile away and waited 1 hour before shuttles appeared. No chairs or shade. Just hot sun and blacktop. A lot of angry people. Certainly not a Modern Luxury cruise line. Maybe new cruisers would have been happy but not quality we have experienced on our past X cruises.
