The destination ports were delightful, but we had several issues:

1- Our stateroom (Caribbean Princess E104) was loud and noisy. My mother became ill with a "head cold", and was not able to rest as needed. Complains to the front desk went unanswered with just a simple "required maintenance is on-going"...

2- When we reached the Panama Canal, we walked to the front of the ship at 6am to view the channel. At that time, my family, and myself were denied entrance to "The Sanctuary" because an additional $60/person fee was required. I was surprised and embarrassed in front of my 74 year old mother and my daughter
