Thank goodness that the cruise director FELIPE is leaving. He is horrible, has very bad humor, is actually quite rude and tries to MAKE you put 'EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS' on every question on your comment card. What a joke!! He sort of ruined the whole thing for us.

CHARGES: When we got our bill at the end of the trip, we were charged for sodas and alcohol that we did not purchase. They tried to say that my teenager purchased the alcoholic beverages. Well....why are they selling alcohol to a teenager?!? I know that my teenager did not order any alcohol...their whole story is ridiculous!

EMBARKATION : A nightmare. We did all of our paperwork online but it still took us 2 and a half hours to get on the ship. Read more
