The ship itself was gorgeous. Very festive with decorations all over. Personally found the ship too large for our taste. Did not find the service or entertainment stellar, at times waiting without a beverage for a server to acknowledge us. Ate 5/7 nights in the Symphony dining room and had amazing waiter and assistant waiter there, however did not find the rest of the areas easy to get served. Captain was observed throughout the ship. Some of the senior staff were courteous. Passenger services were definitely better than some of the other ships we have been on. Excursion staff were amazing.

Overall, not that impressed, sadly!

Cabin steward was polite and efficient, keeping our cabin clean, neat and tidy, although never received any ice in our ice bucket, however we had requested robes and he delivered them immediately. As well as a corkscrew for our wine that we brought onboard with us.
