Every step of the way was smooth, staff was beyond attentive, friendly and very helpful, we did not wait for anything. Dining was excellent, super clean and great service. The food was top notch in the specialty dining restaurants and very good else where. Only 'complaint' which was not a big deal is that the gift shop does not open until 5:30pm so if you need anything or forgot an incidental oh well. Casino also not open during the day, not everyone wanted to go ashore so it would have been fun to hit the casino for the afternoon. The pool was fairly cool but we did go in December. The hot tubs were also great except people let their little kids in and that should have been discouraged. Overall fantastic experience and we would definitely take another cruse but next time probably a longer one definitely to a tropical location!
