We are so fortunate to live in Florida and have 5 cruise ports available. This was our third cruise on Serenade this year. The ship and crew are awesome for the most part.

The only complaint from us and others was the way that guest services pointed at Housekeeping when many guests were wrongly charged $25 each for pool towels. I received a note on my door and went to guest services, who assured me that all was okay. On departure morning there was the erroneous charge on my final bill. I went to guest services, again, and they blamed housekeeping. If you tell me it is okay, then no charge should appear on my final bill. I do not care who charged it or why. I had no towels. Simple.

Departure was horrible as there were only three customs agents working all of the passengers. 1-1/2 hour in line to get out of the terminal. Surely customs knew a ship was arriving. Shame on them.
