I usually go on Royal Caribbean cruises, and until this cruise have always been very satisfied, but Enchantment of the Seas, needs to be taken out of service. Its has lots of maintenance issues. Toilets and showers not working. A/C units not working. Restrooms not working. Soda machines not working. Windjammer buffet was always out of napkins and silverware. Every room in our party had issues, we had family and friends on cruise and we had 6 rooms. Everyone had simliar issues. Im not sure if Ill go with Royal Carribean again or not after this cruise. Ive been on quite a few of Royal Carribeans cruises, over 10, and this was the worst one Ive been on. Crew members were very nice and tried to be helpful, actually I felt sorry the crew, to be put in such a terrible situation. They did all they could to help, but can only do so much with an old ship that needs alot of work.
